About Josh Richardson

Josh Richardson brings nearly two decades of workforce and economic development experience across four gubernatorial administrations in Indiana.

His expertise spans workforce strategy, economic development, unemployment insurance, labor-market data, technology modernization, and public-sector operations. His unemployment insurance work included major system reforms, improved improper-payment performance, and the launch of a modernized IT system.

Today, he advises organizations on complex workforce, policy, operational, and economic development challenges.
